Lucas Pastor
Founder & CEO
Lucas Pastor is a C-level executive with over 24 years of international experience in construction, real estate, energy, and infrastructure across Saudi Arabia and Europe.
He founded PASTORIA PROJECT in 2010, building it into an advisory and project management platform that operates at the intersection of sustainable development, real estate, and innovation. Through PASTORIA and its affiliates — RED WATER PLANT TECHNOLOGIES (sustainability) and PASTORIA SERRALTA (real estate development) — he leads initiatives spanning circular economy solutions, renewable energy, industrialized construction, and affordable housing strategy in the Balearic Islands.
Prior to and alongside PASTORIA, Lucas served as Corporate Business Development Director at Arabian BEMCO Contracting, a major Saudi EPC group with a turnover exceeding USD 1 billion and a qualified project pipeline above USD 6 billion across energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. He has held project and country management roles with Ferrovial, Dragados, AZVI, and GPB Group, and has directly managed projects exceeding USD 700 million in value.
From 2024, he is also CEO of ALMAD Contracting Company in Jeddah, a construction firm built on innovation and sustainability as core operating principles.
Lucas holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and completed executive programs at IE Business School and the Global Innovation Management Institute.
He is based between Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
