PASTORIA has just launched its two new real estate development projects to be built in Palma (Balearic Islands).

Llac Como Residencial will include 6 flats with 2 and 3 bedrooms, with swimming pool at the common area, 9 car parkings and it will be located in Son Rapinya.

Son Dameto Residencial I will include 10 flats with 2 and 3 bedrooms, 10 car parkings distributed in basement and four floors above ground.

Construction works have already started and they will be completed in 2024-2025.
