PASTORIA has recently acquired, through its affiliated company PASTORIA SERRALTA, S.L., a plot located at Carrer Pere Oliver Domenge, 21 of Palma de Mallorca (Balearic Islands).
This project will include 16 flats with 1,2 and 3 bedrooms distributed in four floors above ground, 28 car parkings located in two basement floors and very competitive prices.
With this project, PASTORIA is following its company strategy of focusing all efforts in the development of affordable housing in the city center of Palma to be purchased by local buyers and investors willing to rent them in the long-term local market.
Construction is expected to start in summer 2019 and to be completed at the end of 2020.
Sales are expected to start in January 2019.
